Pricing questions

Is the 15-day trial free?+
Yes. The 15-day trial on Starter and Team is free. You can use demo data and connect one real integration. No customer-facing reply is sent without approval during the trial.
Do you charge per seat?+
Plans include a set number of users (3 on Starter, 10 on Team, 25 on Pro) rather than a per-seat add-on for each person. Higher user limits are available on Enterprise and by request.
What counts as an AI action?+
An AI action is a meaningful unit of AI work — for example a proposed reply, a ticket-question answer, a classification, or a remediation step. Routine reads and viewing audit history do not consume your monthly allowance. Limits are shown as included amounts, not token pricing.
Can we start with only Freshdesk or Jira?+
Yes. Starter includes one helpdesk/tracker integration — Freshdesk or Jira. Team and above include both. You can connect more as you grow.
Does FixControl send replies automatically?+
By default, no — and never silently. Freshdesk and Jira replies always require a human approval. For email, auto-send is off by default; an admin can optionally enable a policy-scoped low-risk mode with confidence thresholds, rate limits, an org-wide ceiling and full audit. External sends run through durable integration workflows with retry and dead-letter visibility.
Does Jira customer reply work for every Jira project?+
Jira customer-visible replies depend on Jira Service Management. For Jira Software projects, FixControl can add internal issue comments instead.
What happens if Slack, Jira or Freshdesk fails?+
Outbound writes go through an outbox with retry and dead-letter visibility, and integration health is tracked per capability. FixControl surfaces the failure and what it could not complete, rather than silently dropping it or showing a fake connected status.
Can FixControl deploy to production?+
Not on its own. Where Kubernetes / Argo is configured, FixControl can present deployment status and route a deployment approval to a human. Promote / abort / read actions run only where configured, and only after approval — there is no hands-free deploy.
Is public website chat allowed to see internal tickets?+
No. Public website chat is restricted to public, customer-safe knowledge and project-safe summaries. It must not access internal tenant data. Ticket-question answering about internal work runs in authenticated Slack/Teams and in-app surfaces only.
Can we self-host or run on a private VPS?+
Private deployment to a dedicated environment or VPS is available on Enterprise where supported. Talk to us about your environment and security requirements.
Do you offer annual contracts?+
Yes. Annual billing is available and is priced at roughly two months free versus paying monthly. Prices are shown excluding VAT for EU B2B.
Do you support SSO/SCIM?+
SSO (OIDC / SAML) and SCIM are available on Enterprise where implemented. Tell us about your identity provider and we will confirm what is supported for your setup.

FixControl does not send customer replies silently and does not deploy to production on its own. AI can draft, analyze and prepare actions — customer replies, ticket writes, code changes and deployments stay governed by roles, approvals and audit.
